Outside Stride Run Club

Outside Stride Run Club is a special quarterly 5k trail run club organized by Ponnek, Foundation Coffee, and From Trees. Join us to experience the beauty of Spring Forest, summer ocean, autumn woods, and winter beach while staying healthy and having fun.

After the run, join us for a meet up and gather where brews are on and there are lots of giveaways. Chat with us about kit, run-training, and how to improve your potential with the use of powerful plant tea and hydration supplements. This event is supported by Minor Figures.

Our first SPRING MEET UP will be at Scorrier Estate followed by a gathering at the From Trees workshop. The spring run is all about breathing in the forest biome and strengthening your immune system with powerful phytochemicals from the trees.

DIRECTIONS

For Sat Nav please use TR16 5AR. From the B3298 turn into the drive signposted for 'Scorrier House Business Park'. Continue straight down the drive. Please do not turn left into the private house but follow the drive up and round to the right. You will see the From Trees workshop next to Blue Lotus Therapy Centre. There is parking outside of the workshop or further parking on the right-hand side which is signposted.
