• Virtual 5K/10K - Distance: 5K - Price: $50.00

Description:

On April 12, 2025, the Porterville Military Academy athletic department is hosting a 5K/10K run/walk starting and finishing at the academy. Participants will experience a dirt path course that is out and back. Families are encouraged to participate with a dedicated children's 1/4 mile course.

Free Items for Participants:

• Custom race t-shirt
• Finisher Medal
• Chip time and digital certificate
• Race bib with individual number
• Upbeat motivational music
• Free Parking

Kids participating in the 1/4 mile will also receive a custom race t-shirt and finisher medal.

Award Categories:

The top three males and the top three females in each age group will receive prizes. Age groups include: 1-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.

Packet Pickup:

Packet Pickup will be at the Porterville Military Academy front office on:

• April 9, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• April 11, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

If you can't make it to packet pickup, you can collect your packet on the day of the race from 6:30 AM - 7:45 AM.

Proceeds support the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). The Porterville EAA Chapter 1547 helps Porterville Military Academy Cadets through scholarships, flights, and mentorship programs.
