Poultry and Pie Predictor 4 Mile Run/Walk and 1 Mile Kids Run

Event Details

This event is a Thanksgiving tradition for more than 40 years. The key detail is to predict how long it will take to complete the 4-mile course on park roads. Runners should refrain from using timing devices, focusing instead on enjoying the scenic park.

Schedule of Events

• 7:45am - 8:45am: Check-In
• 8:40am: Kids 1 Mile Run
• 9:00am: 4 Mile Run/Walk
• 10:20am: Toddler Gobbler 25 Yard Dash
• 10:30am: Awards Ceremony

Locations and Registration

All races start and end at the Pilcher Park Nature Center, located at 2501 Highland Park Drive, Joliet, IL. Online registration is required as there will be no race day registration and parking is very limited.

Finishers of the Kids Run will receive goodies, and Toddler Gobblers will also receive bags of goodies. Refreshments will be provided post-race, and all races are done on an honor system of no timing devices!
