Red Deer Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K Road Race

The 25th running of the Woody’s RV Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K races will be on Sunday, May 18, 2025. We couldn’t be more excited!! Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram for more announcements, contests, and running tips.

Experience scenic winding paths through Red Deer’s picturesque park and trail system. With small race charm and big race benefits, our event is repeatedly ranked among Alberta’s best races. Please note, due to construction in 2025, some changes may be made to our race course, and we cannot guarantee that this race will be a Boston qualifier.

Registration Fees

• Marathon: 25th Running Special (Nov. 1 – Nov. 8): $47.50; Early Bird Pricing (Now – Jan. 1): $75.00; Regular (Jan. 1 – Apr. 1): $85.00; Late (Apr. 1 – May 16): $95.00
• Half Marathon: 25th Running Special (Nov. 1 – Nov. 8): $40.00; Early Bird Pricing (Now – Jan. 1): $60.00; Regular (Jan. 1 – Apr. 1): $70.00; Late (Apr. 1 – May 16): $80.00
• 10K: 25th Running Special (Nov. 1 – Nov. 8): $45.00; Early Bird Pricing (Now – Jan. 1): $70.00; Regular (Jan. 1 – Apr. 1): $80.00; Late (Apr. 1 – May 16): $90.00
• Kids Race (1 Mile Fun Run): $25.00 - capped at 100 participants (Nov. 1 – May 16)
