The Regency Mile takes place at the Regency Square Mall in Henrico, VA, providing a completely traffic-free course encircling the mall. Participants can engage in races such as:

• Youth & Adult Mile: 1 Mile distance, open to all ages
• 400m Express Run: for children aged 5 and under
