Return to the Plains 5K

Event Overview

The Return to the Plains is a celebration of community spirit, focusing on mental health awareness. Participants can choose between two courses: a 1-mile fun run or a 5K race.

• Date: Event postponed to Spring 2025
• Registration Fees:
  • 1-Mile: $20 (Pre-Registration), $35 (Race Day)
  • 5K: $30 (Pre-Registration), $45 (Race Day)

Schedule

• 7:00 AM - 7:50 AM: Packet Pickup
• 8:00 AM: 1-Mile Start
• 8:30 AM: 5K Start

Awards

Top 3 male and female finishers will receive awards. Final results will be posted on the official results website.

Parking

Parking is available at Town Creek Park and overflow options across Gay Street.

Water Stops

Water and Gatorade stations will be provided at the 1.5-mile mark for the 5K.

Participants can register online. Refunds are not available for this race.
