Rotary Santa Run 5K & 1 mile Family Fun Walk & Santa Elf kids run

Event Details

The Rotary Santa Run is scheduled for Saturday, December 7, 2024. Enjoy a lively event starting at 9 AM from the Buffalo Trace Eykamp Scout Center, located at 3501 E. Lloyd Expressway, Evansville, IN.

Course Information

• 5K Run/Walk: Distance: 3.1 Miles, Registration Fee: $30
• 1 Mile Family Fun Walk: Distance: 1 Mile, Registration Fee: $30
• Santa Elf Kids Run: Distance: 50 to 150 Meters, Registration Fee: $5

Schedule

• 8:30 AM: Santa Elf Kids Run
• 9:00 AM: 5K Run Start
• 9:05 AM: 1 Mile Walk Start

Awards

Awards will be given for the jolliest Santa suits, along with participation medals for kids in the Santa Elf run and awards for winners in various age categories for the 5K.

Packet Pickup

Pick up your Santa suit and race materials on December 6 from 11 AM to 6 PM or on race day from 7 AM to 9 AM at the Buffalo Trace Council.

Parking Information

Parking is available at marked lots on the Buffalo Trace Council property. Please plan ahead as parking near the Eykamp Scout Center is limited.
