Welcome to She Runs Winston-Salem! This event features a 1 Mile Fun Run and a 5 Mile Run, encouraging women to bring their friends, make teams, and dress in their favorite musical decade attire!

• Five Mile Decades Run - Distance: 5 Miles
• One Mile Disco Dash - Distance: 1 Mile
• Virtual 5 Miler - Distance: Complete anywhere!

Event Details

When you sign up, you'll receive group support during training, She Tris swag, and a finishers keepsake. Plus, enjoy a Finish Line Party to celebrate your accomplishment with family and friends!

Virtual Option

Complete the run distance wherever you are on April 26, 2025. Virtual participants can upload their times for a finisher certificate, but will not be included in awards.
