Event Overview

She Tris Sprint Triathlon, set in the Aquaventure Aquatic Campus, invites women of all ages and backgrounds to join in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. This event is part of a series that takes place in various locations including Mount Pleasant (SC), South Charlotte (NC), Chapel Hill (NC), and Huntrersville (NC).

Course Details

Women's Triathlon Course Distance: 250 yard swim, 9 mile bike, 2 mile run

Swim:

The event kicks off with a 250 yard swim in a spacious aquatic facility. Swimmers will be self-seeded according to ability.

Bike:

The bike course is a flat, 9 mile loop.

Run:

The run will cover a 2 mile loop after exiting the transition area.

Aquathlon Option

Aquathlon consists of swimming and running without the biking portion. This is ideal for beginners or for family bonding as daughters can participate alongside mothers or grandmothers!

Virtual Participation

Complete the triathlon, duathlon, or aquathlon distances anytime on October 11, 2025. Participants can submit times and will receive a finisher certificate.
