Are you ready to 'justify the pie'? Join us on Thanksgiving morning for our first annual Sherman Lake YMCA Turkey Trot! This joyous event is a great way to unite as a community, celebrate the holiday with loved ones, and support the Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center.

Designed to bring people of all ages and fitness levels together, our scenic route will take participants along our camp trails and paved roads before guiding you to the finish for a celebratory piece of pumpkin pie!

Two distances to choose from - the 2-mile Sweet Potato Shuffle or the 4-mile Turkey Trot. Choose the one that fits your Thanksgiving Day schedule!

Participants are encouraged to wear something fun to show their Thanksgiving/Turkey Trot spirit. It’s a fun event from beginning to end!

Registration Information

Online registration will remain open until the 9 am start of the Turkey Trot. Register on your phone or computer before arriving. Please register by November 13 to guarantee your t-shirt.

The Sherman Lake YMCA Turkey Trot is a fun run event and will not be timed.
