St Joseph 5K and Fun Run

Come out and join the Frederick community for our 2nd Annual St. Joseph's 5K and Fun Run!

Hosted by St. Joseph on Carrollton Manor Catholic Church, we invite runners and walkers of all levels to participate in this exciting event. Participants will receive a race day t-shirt if they register by March 8th.

**Race Details:**

• 5K Race: Timed with chipped bibs, medals for top three in each age group
• Fun Run: Fun Run ribbon for participants under 13 years
• Packet Pickup: March 22nd from 5-7 PM at the Historic Church, or race day from 7-8 AM
• Food Drive: Bring a canned food item to support the St. Joseph Food Pantry

**Race Day Schedule:**

• 7-8 AM: Packet Pickup and On-site registration
• 8:15 AM: Group Warm-up
• 8:25 AM: National Anthem
• 8:30 AM: 5K starts
• 9:15 AM: 1 Mile Fun Run starts
• 10:00 AM: Award ceremony

Parking: Arrive by 8:15 AM to avoid delays.

Strollers & Pets: Strollers are allowed, but pets are not permitted at the event.
