Event Overview

The 2025 Sulphur Springs Trail Race will take place on May 24 & May 25, 2025, in Ancaster, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Join us for an all-inclusive race weekend featuring distances such as 100M, 100K, 50M, and relays.

Race Schedule

• Saturday, May 24, 2025
  - 5:45 a.m.: START 50M
  - 6:00 a.m.: START 100K ONLY
  - 6:15 a.m.: START 100M & 100M RELAY
  - 7:00 a.m.: START 50K
• Sunday, May 25, 2025
  - 7:30 a.m.: START 20K
  - 8:30 a.m.: START 10K

Course Description

This 20K looped course is set within the beautiful Dundas Valley Conservation Area, featuring wildlife and stunning waterfalls. Participants will face over 500m (1500 feet) of elevation, with aid stations available every 20K.
