SATURDAY, JUNE 8

• 2:00 PM - Expo/Packet Pick-up at Lake Winona Bandshell
• 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM - Athlete Course Talk at the Bandshell - Required for all participants!
• 6:00 PM - Packet Pick-up Closes

SUNDAY, JUNE 9

• 5:00 AM - Transition Opens for All Events - Athletes ONLY, no spectators allowed!
• 5:00 AM - Race Day Packet Pick-up Opens
• 6:45 AM - International Transition Closes
• 7:00 AM - International and Aquabike International Waves Start
• 7:30 AM - Mass Start for Duathlon
• 7:45 AM - Race Day Packet Pick-up Closes
• 7:45 AM - Sprint Transition Closes
• 8:00 AM - Sprint and Aquabike Sprint Waves Start
• 10:30 AM - Post-Race Meal & Awards - Estimated time, may vary.

Age Restrictions

• Participants must reach the age of 18 by 12/31/2024 to participate in the International and International Aquabike Divisions.
• Participants must reach the age of 16 by 12/31/2024 to participate in the Sprint, Duathlon and Aquabike Sprint Divisions.
