The Community Health Clinic 5k: Walk for Rare, Run for Hope

Come join us to "Walk for Rare, Run for Hope!" on the gorgeous Pumpkinvine Trail in Shipshewana. This is a benefit run/walk where all proceeds are going to our patient's care. This will be an out-and-back run at our new clinic, which is located just next to the trail and the Cove youth center.

We will have free snacks, a water station, and bake sale items available by donation. A clock will be available if you would like to track your own time, and medals will be awarded to the top 3 males and 3 females.

We will be offering a big wheel race for kids ages 3-7. (big wheels will be provided)

• Location: 730 East North Street, Shipshewana, IN 46565
• Park in the clinic's parking lot or across the street if full.
