Tinsel Trot 5K, & 10K

Festive Atmosphere: Embrace the holiday cheer with jingle bells, holiday music, and festive decorations throughout the course. Don your favorite holiday attire—Santa hats, reindeer antlers, and ugly sweaters are all encouraged!

Beautiful Course: Enjoy a scenic run through Yorba Linda Regional Park, where you’ll take in the natural beauty of the park’s serene lakes, shaded pathways, and lush greenery.

5K & 10K Options: Whether you’re aiming for a new personal best or a leisurely jog, choose between the 5K or 10K distance to suit your fitness level.

Race Details

Bib Pickup: 7:00 AM

Race Start Times: 10K: 8:30 AM, 5K: 9:00 AM

Parking: Ample parking is available within the park. The entrance fee is $5.00 per vehicle. We recommend arriving early to secure a good spot.

Course Description: The race will start near Shelter 3, with both 5K and 10K runners following a well-marked path around the park’s picturesque lakes and trails. The 5K course consists of a single loop, while 10K participants will complete two loops.

Water Stations: Hydration stations will be available at key points along the course, stocked with water and electrolyte drinks.

What You Get

Finisher's Medal: All participants will receive a festive Tinsel Trot medal to commemorate their run.

Holiday Treats: Enjoy holiday-themed snacks and refreshments at the finish line, including hot cocoa, cookies, and other seasonal favorites.

Race Photos: Professional photographers will be on hand to capture your race-day memories. Free downloadable photos will be available within 24 hours of the event.

Race Results: Results will be posted on our website within 12 hours of the race, so you can see how you stacked up against the competition.
