Ville to Ville Sprint Relay

Event Overview

The Ville to Ville Sprint Relay is a 3-person running relay. Teams will complete 21 miles with a start and finish at Holland Park in Greenville, SC. Runners will travel the Green Line section of the Swamp Rabbit Trail and enjoy a festive post-race celebration with music, college football, and craft brews.

Race Format

The event features six legs, with each consecutive leg getting shorter by one mile:

• Leg 1 - 6 Miles
• Leg 2 - 5 Miles
• Leg 3 - 4 Miles
• Leg 4 - 3 Miles
• Leg 5 - 2 Miles
• Leg 6 - 1 Mile

Teams start at 10 am.

Fees

The Total Team Fee is $240. Team Captains will pay a deposit of $120 during registration with the final balance due by June 27, 2025.

Team Captain

The team captain is responsible for recruiting teammates and meeting deadlines. Team captains will receive regular race information and can transfer their role if needed.

Team Rosters

Team captains can invite their teammates online. All participants must be at least 13 years old on race day. Preliminary team rosters are due on August 27th.

Cancellation/Weather Policy

This is a rain-or-shine event. The race director can modify the event if necessary due to inclement weather.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each category, along with awards for team spirit and social media presence on race day.
