Wales Swimrun

Welcome to the Wales Swimrun, taking place on Saturday, 19th July 2025, at Freshwater East, Pembroke. This unique event combines swimming and running, offering participants the chance to experience the breathtaking scenery of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Event Details

The Wales Swimrun features two distances: Full Distance and Sprint Distance. The Full Distance includes a 7km swim and a 26km run, while the Sprint Distance consists of a 4.7km swim and a 14km run. Both courses are designed to challenge athletes and provide an unforgettable experience.

Registration Information

Registration is open now, with prices ranging from £105 to £299 depending on the distance and entry type. Participants can register as individuals or in teams, making this event perfect for everyone.

What to Expect

Expect a well-organized event with a great atmosphere, including feed stations along the route, a race bib, swim cap, and an athlete goodie bag. Wetsuits are compulsory, and all teams must stay within 10 meters of each other during the race.
