Event Overview

WHEELS 2025 is an event designed for all outdoor adventure enthusiasts! Ride, hike or walk to support The Darling Home for Kids and make a difference for children with complex medical needs. The event will take place in the picturesque Kelso Conservation Area.

Event Schedule

• 7:15 a.m. - Event Registration Opens
• 8:00 a.m. - 100km route departs
• 9:30 a.m. - 50km route departs
• 10:00 a.m. - 25km route departs
• 10:15 a.m. - 5km Trail or Mountain Bike
• 11:00 a.m. - Boardwalk Stroll to the Beach
• 12:00 p.m. - Celebration Lunch and Awards

Registration Options

- Early Bird (prior to May 16th): $35.00
- Spring Registration (May 16th - June 20): $45.00
- Final Chance (June 21 - 23): $55.00
- Special Youth Rate (under 18): Save $15.00

Fundraising Minimums

• Individual: $200.00
• Family of four (2 adults; 2 children): $500.00
• Team of 10: $1,500.00
• Youth (under 18): $75.00

Impact of Your Support

Since 2011, Wheels has raised over $1.48 million to support capital projects and core programs at The Darling Home for Kids, helping families with medically complex children.
