The White Lake Spring Triathlon offers two exciting race formats: the International distance and the Sprint distance. Held on May 4, 2025, at The Grand Regal @ Goldston's Beach, this event provides a scenic and well-equipped setting for athletes.

International Race Start: 7:00 AM EDT
Sprint Race Start: 8:00 AM EDT

Course Information

• Sprint Distance: 750m Swim, 18.5 miles Bike, 5K Run
• International Distance: 1500m Swim, 28 miles Bike, 10K Run

• International Individual: $75.00 - $90.00 - $105.00
• International Relay: $145.00 - $170.00 - $210.00
• International AquaBike: $65.00 - $80.00 - $95.00
• Sprint Individual: $65.00 - $75.00 - $85.00
• Sprint Relay: $105.00 - $135.00 - $160.00
• Sprint AquaBike: $50.00 - $65.00 - $75.00

Registration opens on November 1st. Be sure to secure your spot early!

Important Note

Packet pick-up will be on site at the Grand Regal @ Goldston's Beach on Saturday and Sunday. A photo ID is required for pick-up.
