Winter 2024/2025 Full & Half Marathon Training - Apex

Program Overview

This training program is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, and presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs. It is aimed at adults of all levels, focusing on full and half marathon preparation.

Training Schedule

Starts on November 24, 2024, and ends on March 16, 2025. The program includes:

• 2 coached group runs per week
• Suggested cross-training and strength workouts
• Saturday group long runs

Cost

Cost of the training class is $85 if you register by November 17, 2024. From November 18 to December 15, it’s $90. Registration ends on December 15, 2024.

Location

Training will take place at various locations in Apex and Cary, including Hunter Street Park, Apex Nature Park, and Mills Park Middle School.
