Yakima River Canyon Marathon and Half-Marathon

Event Overview

The Yakima River Canyon Marathon and Half-Marathon takes place in the beautiful Yakima River Canyon, providing a breathtaking backdrop for runners of all levels.

Awards

Overall and age-group awards will be presented, with runners able to pick up their awards immediately after the race.

Cutoff Times

The race will enforce cut-off times this year. Participants who feel they cannot complete the race comfortably in seven hours are urged to contact the race director for an early start.

Price Increase

Marathon and Half Marathon prices will increase by $10 on after February 28. Early registration is encouraged!

Half Marathon Limitations

The half marathon is limited to 200 runners due to logistics involving bus transportation.

Entry Includes

Entry includes a non-refundable T-shirt, race-day transportation (if needed), finisher medal, and a finisher’s certificate.

Weekend Schedule

Packet pickup will occur on Friday, March 28th from 3-8 PM. Awards pickup begins on Saturday, April 29th at noon.

Course Description

The course is exceptionally scenic along the Yakima River with both major hills and curves. It provides a beautiful long downhill just before finishing in Selah, Washington.
