CAVEMAN CHALLENGE 2025

Event Overview

Come and support the 7th annual event, CAVEMAN CHALLENGE! This event was started to support The Wil-Power Foundation, Inc, which is a 503 (c) organization formed to honor the life of William Mintner through providing educational and wellness opportunities for our local communities.

Wil is a former friend, son, and teammate of various swim teams and is deeply missed. During this event, we aim to capture some of the heart of Wil with challenging activities that he loved.

Course Information

• Competitive CAVEMAN CHALLENGE: A 5K run followed by a 400 yard swim, with strength and plyometric challenges in between laps and a Jeep push.
• TEAM CAVEMAN CHALLENGE: Two athletes partake, with one running the 5K and the other swimming and completing challenges.
• MINI CAVEMAN: A fun run/walk consisting of a 5K and a Jeep push.
