Merced River Canyon Run

Event Details

Mariposa County's classic Merced River Canyon Race returns this year with two options for runners:

• McCabe Flat Flat Out: A 5-mile race from the Briceburg Bridge to McCabe Flat Campground and back (2.5 miles each way). This race is flat and accessible to all paces, perfect for setting records!
• Burma Grade: A challenging 9-mile race that starts at river level and climbs the mighty Burma Grade (4.5 miles each way). Experience the most elevation of any foot race in the county, rewarded with a sense of accomplishment.

Both races will showcase the breathtaking scenery of the Merced River Canyon. This year, expect beautiful wildflowers flourishing from the recent rainfall.
