Southern Tier Triathlon Club Summer Tri Series

Welcome to the beautiful lakeside community of Cassadaga, NY. Join us for this Super Sprint Triathlon Series in its 9th year of racing together. We think you will find this challenging and a whole lot of fun!

• Super Sprint Distances: 400m swim, 13 mile bike, and 2 mile run.
• Paratriathletes are welcome! AquaBike option offered to individuals only, not relay teams.
• You can race just one of this three-race series or all three. Points are earned at every race, and the Champions down to place #5 for both male and female will be honored at the end of the season.
• Extremely beginner friendly. NO CUT-OFF TIMES!
• Participants will not be the only 'first-timers' at the race, making it an inclusive experience.

• Check-in & Transition Open: 3:00 PM - 5:25 PM
• Pre-race Meeting: 5:30 PM Mandatory at the waterfront
• Race Start: 5:45 PM

Course Information

The swim course is a calm 400 yd swim in the scenic Lower Lake of the Cassadaga Lakes. The bike course is 13 miles and challenging, featuring all right-hand turns without aid stations. The 2-mile run will take you along the lovely lakeside with an aid station in transition and at the turn-around point.

• Sprint Triathlon - Race #1: $69.00 - $109.00
• AquaBike - Race #1: $69.00 - $109.00
• RELAY TEAM - Race #1: $129.00 - $159.00
• And more for subsequent races in the series.
