Red Apple Run for Diabetes

Event Details

The Red Apple Run for Diabetes is a 5K and 10K race through Carvers Creek State Park in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Join us as we get together during National Diabetes Month to help raise awareness and support. All participants receive a finisher medal at the finish line.

You can walk or run either event.

Parking

Carvers Creek Access offers onsite parking. To get to the park: Go north on Ramsey Street and turn left across from Long Hill Elementary on McCloskey Road. You cannot enter from Spring Lake Park entrance.

Registration

Before the Race: Click on the Sign Up button in the top right. Race Day: Online registration closes 10 minutes before the race start. At packet pickup and the race, we will have a QR code available for you to register on your phone. We strongly encourage you to register prior to coming to the race -- even if it’s in your car!

The Cause

The Red Apple Run for Diabetes supports Better Health, an organization providing Diabetes Education Programs to those in need. An American Diabetes Association recognized program, the services include free diabetes supplies, nutritional counseling, classes and more! Come out to help make our community healthier!
