5K to Braintree Day
The 5th 5K to Braintree Day - part of our town's Independence Day Celebration! This event includes a 5K Run/Walk, a Kids Race, and a Virtual 5K Race.
Sunday, June 22, 2025
- 9:15 am: Kids Race (.5 mile) with Ice Cream Finisher @ Braintree Town Hall
- 10:00 am: 5K Run/Walk @ Braintree Town Hall
5K to Braintree Day features a Kids Race (.5 mile) with Ice Cream Finisher and a 5K Road Race / Fun Walk for adults with a post-race beer garden. All proceeds go to support Braintree’s Annual July 4th Celebration! Post-race party on French’s Common!
Kids Race Includes: Race bib, kids race finisher medal, ice cream, free burgers and dogs on French's Common, Patriotic stickers
Adult Race Includes: Race bib, free burgers and dogs on French's Common, one beverage ticket (water, soda, or beer; must be 21+ with ID), age group prizes, prizes to the most patriotic runners/walkers and strollers, music.
Registration:
- Early Registration (ends 5/31/24): $25 (adult), $15 (kids)
- Late Registration (June 21, 1 PM - 3 PM): $30
- Day-of Registration: $35
