Charleston RiverDogs: Run Charlie Run 5K

Race Details

Join us for the RiverDogs: Run Charlie Run 5K at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park in Charleston, SC. The event will take place on May 18, 2025, and includes both in-person and virtual participation options.

In-Person Race

The 5K Run (3.1 Miles) includes split times at each mile and water stations at the halfway point. The course starts in front of Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park and finishes at home plate (weather permitting). Runners finishing after 4:15pm will be rerouted to the front entrance of the stadium.

Race Packets: Participants can pick up their race packets and bibs on Friday, May 16th at Riley Park stadium from 11AM-5PM or on race day from 12:00-2:30PM.

Participants will receive an event t-shirt that looks like the team's jersey, a custom finisher medal, and two post-race drinks for those over 21.

Virtual Race

For virtual participants, you can run the 5K anywhere and will receive an event t-shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a digital bib. Instructions for submitting results online will be sent via email.
