Emily Schindler Memorial Scholarship Triathlon

Event Information

Do you like to swim, bike, and run? Do you like to help raise money for a worthy cause? Then why not participate in the 19th annual Emily Schindler Memorial Scholarship Triathlon?

This year’s triathlon will be held on Saturday, April 12th, at the Severna Park Community Center pool and along the B&A Trail. The event provides options for individual participants or teams of 2 or 3 people.

Triathlon Details

The Emily Schindler Memorial Scholarship was established in 2004 following the tragic death of Emily Schindler. The scholarship benefits graduating or past SPY swimmers who exemplify team spirit and positivity.

Event Timeline

• Monday, March 24th - Early Registration Ends
• Thursday, April 10 - Registration Closes
• Saturday, April 12 - RACE DAY
• 6:00am - Race Check-in
• 7:00am - Race Begins

Course Information

Sprint Triathlon

• Swim: 800 yards (Heated Indoor Pool)
• Bike: 9 miles (B&A Bike Trail)
• Run: 3 miles (B&A Bike Trail)

Awards

Results will be posted online and emailed to participants by 2:00pm on race day. Awards for 1st place will be given by gender/age group for individual and team participation.
