About the Event
Event Details
The 2025 Escape Through The Cape 5k and 1 mile fun run will take place on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, starting at Cape Saint Claire Elementary School. Registration is open until April 25th, with race day registration available starting at 7:30 AM.

- 5k Run/Walk - Distance: 3.1 Miles, Price: $30.00 - $35.00
- 1 Mile Fun Run (non-timed) - Distance: 1 Mile, Price: $30.00 - $35.00
Race Day Schedule
- 7:30 AM - Late Registration and Packet Pickup
- 8:15 AM - Opening Ceremony
- 8:30 AM - 5K Start
- 8:45 AM - 1 Mile Start
- Awards Ceremony to follow the 5K
- Fit Family Festival - 8 AM to 11 AM
Awards
Every finisher will receive a medal, and first place winners in each category will receive a prize after the race.
Additional Information
This is a rain or shine event. Strollers are welcome, but pets are not allowed. Please register everyone participating for the fun run, including stroller children.
