Forest trail run

Event Details

Date: Saturday 1st March 2025

Time: Meet at 08:50am for an 09:00am start.

Location: Llanwynno, RCT (approx. 20 mins from Cardiff). Details on where to meet will be emailed to runners closer to the event.

Distance: Approx. 6 miles / 10km.

Terrain: A mixture of fairly firm forest roads, tracks, and some soft, muddy trails.

Difficulty: Easy to moderate, with a gentle, undulating route and some climbs that will be hiked.

Kit Requirements:

• A jacket (recommend waterproof)
• A spare, warm layer (to be kept in running pack)
• Leggings
• Trail shoes
• Gloves and a beanie or buff
• Fully charged mobile phone
• Minimum 500ml of water and snacks
• A running pack or small rucksack

Safety: All runs are led by a qualified coach and run leader trained in outdoor first aid. Routes are fully recce'd and risk assessed.

To attend this run, a ticket is required. Please note there are no refunds for cancellations, but you may transfer your space to a future run by contacting us.
