Event Description

At the Hyperlift Arena, find yourself in a complete simulation of HYROX like never before! This physical and mental challenge will allow you to experience the official HYROX discipline.

Prepare for a total distance of 8 km of running, with all the stations included in the HYROX challenge:

• 1000 m Skierg
• 50 m Sled Push
• 50 m Sled Pull
• 80 m Burpee Broad Jump
• 1000 m Row
• 200 m Farmers Carry
• 100 m Sandbag Lunges
• 100 Wall Balls

There are no time limits: tackle each test at your own pace, with constant support from our qualified coaches, ready to offer you tips to improve your technique and optimize your performance.
