Event Details
Join us for the Global Running Day 5K at Swan Creek Preserve Metropark! Kids 12 and under can participate for free, and there’s a special 1K kids-only event!
Race Schedule
- 1K Kids Event starts at 6:00 PM
- 5K Race starts at 6:30 PM
Course Information
The 5K course is an all-purpose paved trail, great for all ages and abilities, consisting of an upper loop of approximately 1.7 miles, with the remainder being an out-and-back. If you don’t want to run the full 5K, feel free to complete just 1.7 miles!
Registration
Online registration is available until the start of the event. The 5K costs $10.00 for non-members, while Toledo Roadrunners Club members can participate for free. A unisex cotton blend shirt can be added for $13.00.
Check-In
Check-in starts at 5:30 PM at the Mary Jane Gill shelter, located south of the playground. Use the parking lot off Airport Highway.

Water and snacks will be available after the event, along with some giveaways!
