Get ready for the ultimate fitness challenge at the Strive Performance Centre! This in-person event will have you sweating, smiling, and feeling accomplished.
HYROX Race Format
The format includes running 1KM between each station:
- 1000m Ski Erg
- 50m Sled Push
- 50m Sled Pull
- 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 1000m Row
- 200m Farmer Carries
- 100m Walking Lunges
- Wall Balls (100/75)
Participate in the full HYROX simulation or try the HALF-ROX, which runs half the distance - the perfect way to dip your toes into the challenge.
Your start time will be emailed to you 2 weeks prior to the race.
