The Portsmouth 5K is one of Krempels Brain Injury Center's largest community fundraisers, having raised over a million dollars for the nonprofit. Krempels Brain Injury Center is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living with brain injury. Proceeds go directly towards programming to help survivors with skill building and social connection.
