Redwood (Spring) Trail Run

Welcome to the Redwood (Spring) Trail Run! This event offers a variety of courses through the beautiful Redwood Regional Park, providing runners with breathtaking views and a challenging experience. Don't miss out on the opportunity to run through tall redwoods and enjoy a well-marked course.

Courses Available

• 5 Mile: 5 miles ($50 - $70)
• Half Marathon: 13.1 miles ($60 - $80)
• 30K: 18.3 miles ($65 - $85)
• Marathon: 26.2 miles ($70 - $90)
• 50K: 50K ($80 - $100)
• 5mi (12 yo & under): 5 miles ($40 - $50)
• 5mi (13 - 17 yo): 5 miles ($40 - $50)
• 5K: 3.1 miles ($30 - $40)
• Kid's Run (6yo & younger): 50yd dash (Free!)
• 5K (Accompanying Adults for Children): 3.1 miles ($30 - $40)
• Coastal Testing: 2 Miles (Free)

Course Notes

The course is marked with ribbons and flags to ensure a clear pathway. Please respect the trail and the nature surrounding it. Heed any warnings regarding trail conditions such as poison oak and wildlife.

Aid Stations: Fully stocked every 2-6 miles with snacks and drinks. Runners are encouraged to carry their own water containers.

Awards

All finishers receive custom medals, and top placers in each category will receive awards and race credits for future events.
