Starting at Lake Newport pool, athletes will compete in the following events:
- Sprint Triathlon: 24.7K - Starting at 7:00 AM EDT
- Aquathon: 5.4K - Starting at 7:00 AM EDT
- Sprint Relay: 24.7K - Starting at 7:00 AM EDT
