Smiley Sprint Triathlon

The Smiley Sprint Triathlon is an exciting event that takes place at the Clemmons West Pool in Clemmons, NC. With four different courses to choose from, there is something for everyone. The Age Group and Novice courses are perfect for those looking to challenge themselves, while the Aquabike and Relay Team courses offer a unique twist on the traditional triathlon format.

The event kicks off at 7:30 AM with a 300m swim, followed by a 12 mile bike ride and a 5K run. There are three waves of starters for this event, so be sure to register early to secure your preferred start time. If you're a first-timer, don't worry - the Smiley Sprint Triathlon is the only triathlon with a concierge team ready to help you throughout the day.

The Smiley Sprint Triathlon is a non-profit event, with 100% of the proceeds going back into the race or to local charities with a priority to brain cancer initiatives. The event is named in honor of Richard Smiley, a beloved member of the community who had a passion for promoting healthy fitness lifestyles.
