About the Event

Event Details

The Summer 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning Thursdays - Apex is designed for children aged 8 to 14 and will be conducted over 8 weeks. Each class meets once a week on Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, starting June 5, 2025, and running through July 31, 2025. (No class on July 3, 2025.)

Location

The classes will take place at Apex Nature Park, located at 2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502.

Pricing

The cost for the course is $65. All registrations are capped at 30 participants to ensure personalized coaching.
