2024 JPJ Memorial 1-mile Turkey Trot

Join us for the 2nd Annual JPJ Memorial 1-mile Turkey Trot! The JPJ Memorial Turkey Trot is a timed 1-mile run/walk Thanksgiving morning through Moncus Park in memory of JeanPaul Judice. Our mission is to continue to spread JeanPaul’s unconditional love and desire to help those in need. We are happy to team up with Catholic Charities of Acadiana to raise money for St. Joseph Diner. Since 1983, St. Joseph Diner has served meals to those experiencing hunger and food insecurity.

This race is the perfect setting to come together on Thanksgiving to show gratitude with your community. Bring your family and friends together for a traditional run/walk/trot/waddle before taking on your Thanksgiving Feast! We welcome all stages of runners and walkers. This race will be timed, and prizes will be awarded to the top three males and females. Top three male and females will receive a custom Turkey cookie medal made by Bouki's Baker.

* Strollers are welcome. Please start at the back of the pack to ensure the safety of all runners.
