3rd Annual 5K Run/Walk for Life

Date: Saturday, April 26, 2025

Location: Dacey Trail at Forest Park, E North 9th Street, Shelbyville, IL 62565

Schedule of Events

• Packet Pickup: Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Family Life Center (225 E South 1st St, Shelbyville, IL 62565).
• Saturday, April 26, 2025
  - 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM: Late Registration and Packet Pick Up
  - 8:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk Start
  - 9:30 AM: Awards for 1st place in each age group.

Courses & Registration Fees

• 5K Run/Walk for Life: 3.1 Miles - $25.00
• 5K Run/Walk for Life (Family of 5 Pricing): 3.1 Miles - $75.00
• 1 Mile Prayer Walk: 1 Mile - $25.00

Registration includes race entry, T-shirt, packet, bib, and timed chip. Rain or shine, no refunds. Race day registration available, but T-shirts will be limited.

Awards

Awards to top male and female finishers in each age group will be given, which includes: 19 and Under, 20 - 35, 35 - 50, 51 - 65, and 65 and Over.

Health & Safety

Ensure hydration with fluids provided along the course. Safety remains the responsibility of participants.
