5th Annual 5K Run/Walk for Life

The Family Life Center will be hosting its 5th Annual 5K Run/Walk for Life! Your participation helps continue to provide education, parenting classes, ultrasounds, and assistance to young families in the area.

Schedule of Events:

• Thursday, May 8, 2025 – Packet Pickup from 2:00pm – 5:00pm at Family Life Center, 605 Eden Ave, Effingham, IL
• Saturday, May 10, 2025
• 7:00 – 7:45 am: Late Registration and Packet Pick Up
• 8:00 am: 5K Run/Walk Start
• 9:15 am: Awards for 1st-3rd place in each age group
• 9:30 am: 1 Mile Prayer Warrior Walk begins

Registration Fees:

• 5K - $25 per person or $75 for a family of 5
• 1 Mile Walk - $25

Registration includes race entry, T-shirt*, packet, bib, and timed chip. No refunds for weather-related issues. T-shirts available in limited quantities on race day.

Awards:

Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group.
