The Fools Run 5K & 10K

Come and Fool around with us on the best beach in Texas! A portion of proceeds will benefit Walk for Women, Inc., a non-profit supporting women battling breast cancer.

Margaritaville Beach Resort, 310 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX, 78597, US

Course Information

• 5K Course (3.1 miles): Starts and ends on the beach. This is not a competitive race but a participation walk.
• 10K Course (6.2 miles): Chip-timed race starting and ending on the beach.

Friday, April 4, 2025

• 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Packet Pickup & Late Registration
• 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Music & Margaritas Mixer

Saturday, April 5, 2025

• 8:00 AM: 10K Run starts
• 8:15 AM: 5K Walk starts
• 9:15 AM: Awards & Costume Contest

Awards

Medals for top finishers and finisher medals for all participants!

Registration Fees

• 10K: $40 - $50 (varies by registration dates)
• 5K: $35 - $45 (varies by registration dates)
• Kids 1-Mile Run: $15

Registration Closing: To receive a T-shirt, register by March 1st, 2025. Medals are limited while supplies last!
