• 5K Run/Walk TIMED: Includes chip timer. Price: $30.00 - $35.00. Starts at 9:00 AM CDT.
• 5K Run/Walk NOT TIMED: Does not include chip timer. Price: $30.00 - $35.00. Starts at 9:00 AM CDT.
• VIRTUAL 5K: Run or Walk 3.1 miles on your own time. Price: $30.00 - $35.00.

Registration Information:

• $30 registration fee on or before March 25th, 2026.
• $35 registration fee after March 25th, 2026.
• Register by March 25th to guarantee your event t-shirt.
• Children ages 4 and under are optional (unless t-shirt is wanted).

Packet Pick-Up:

• Friday, April 10th from 4-7pm at River Bluff Brewery.
• On race day from 8-8:50AM at the race start location near Bode Ice Arena.

Race Day Schedule:

• 8:00-10:30am: Local businesses/organizations booths
• 8:00-8:50am: Late registration and packet pick-up
• 9:00am: 5K Walk/Run begins!
• 10:00-10:30am: Awards

Race Info:

• The race starts in the parking lot across from Bode Ice Arena, 2500 Southwest Parkway, St Joseph, MO 64503.
• Dog-friendly event.
• Chip timed by ShowMe Running Company.
• Course is handicap accessible with some uphill incline.
• Awards for top finishers in various age groups and for dogs.
