13th Annual Flanigan's Rockin' Rib Run 10K presented by Runner's Depot

Event Details

The 13th Annual Flanigan's Rockin' Rib Run 10K, presented by Runner's Depot, takes place on Sunday, November 15, 2026, starting at 7:00 AM at Miramar Regional Park. This is a flat, fast, out-and-back course on the roads of Miramar, beginning and ending in Miramar Regional Park.

Participant Perks

All participants will receive complimentary beer, wine, and award-winning baby back ribs, courtesy of Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill.

Capacity

The race is capped at 4,000 runners and is expected to sell out quickly.
