18 th Annual Seaford Wellness Hot Chocolate 5K Run/Walk

Join us for the 18th Annual Seaford Wellness Hot Chocolate 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 at 9:00am. The event will take place at Seaford High School in Seaford, NY. The course is a fast and flat 3.1 miles with only four right turns, making it a favorite for many runners.

Participants will receive top-quality t-shirts and enjoy hot chocolate and bagels afterward, along with an awards ceremony and generous raffles. Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners, as well as the overall male and female masters and Seaford residents (courtesy of the Seaford Lions Club). Age group awards will also be given out.

Packet pickup will be available at Seaford High School on Friday from 5:30pm-8:00pm and Saturday from 7:30am-8:45am. All proceeds from this community event will be used specifically for programs in Seaford, such as substance abuse awareness, health education, and leadership training programs to promote healthy lifestyles in our community.
