Grab your furry, four-legged pal and join the Detroit Police Department and Detroit Medical Center’s Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (RIM) for the Heart Diggity Dog 5K on October 3rd, 2026! Run, run/walk or walk through Midtown and Downtown Detroit!

- Course: 5K RUN/WALK (Human plus dog registration), Distance: 3.1 Miles
- Course: 5K RUN/WALK (Human only registration), Distance: 3.1 Miles
Race registration/bib pick up starts at 8am; race starts at 9am. Free parking in South Deck structure 311 Mack Ave (corner of Mack and Beaubien/StAntoine) will be available between 7:30am and 12:30pm.
