2026 Princeton 5K

Now in its 17th year, the Princeton 5K continues to represent all that is good about community in-person events. Athletes, young and old, big and small, fast and not as fast — come together year after year to run or walk while generously supporting the Princeton High School Cross Country and Track & Field teams.

Kids Dash Continues

For those under 10 who aren’t up for the full 5K, the Kids Dash offers a fun but challenging 300m loop. Every participant will receive a youth-sized t-shirt and wear bib #1 with pride.

New in 2026

• Team Competition: Family-inspired team categories (Mother/Daughter, Mother/Son, Father/Daughter, Father/Son) will be introduced.
• School Competition: A trophy will be awarded to the school (students + staff) with the highest number of participants.
• Run for Free: Fundraise $150 or more to have registration fees waived. Those not reaching the minimum by April 30 will be charged $45.

5K Price: $40 (before 3/21), $45 (race day). $3 USATF discount available.

Shirts: Guaranteed for all participants registered by 3/1/26.
