2026 Regional Rehab 5K and Walk

Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026

Location: The Mall at Barnes Crossing, Tupelo, MS

Frog Island Flyer Racing and The Mall at Barnes Crossing present the 5th annual Regional Rehab 5k and Fun Walk. This event offers various participation options to suit different preferences and abilities.

Events Offered:

• 5K In Person (Run): Starts at 8:00 AM CDT. Awards for age groups, overall male/female, master, and grand master. Overall Male and Female Prize: $150 each.
• 5K Virtual Race: Can be run anytime between April 1st and April 11th at any location. All registrants receive a shirt, finisher medal, and digital bib. Results are for recognition only and not eligible for awards.
• Wheelchair Event 5k: Starts at 8:00 AM CDT. Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.
• Walking Only 5k: Starts at 8:15 AM CDT. Awards for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place M & F.

Registration Fees: $35 for early registration, $40.00 after March 31st.

Packet Pickup: Available at Trails & Treads on April 4th (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and on race day (7:00 AM - 7:45 AM) at the Food Court entrance.

Timing: Professionally timed by Best Times.

Beneficiary: Regional Rehab Center (RRC), a non-profit organization providing essential therapy services to North Mississippi for over 50 years.
