myTEAM TRIUMPH CT is a nonprofit organization that participates in endurance events as a TEAM! Athletes with disabilities are our "Captains" and they are guided by their able-bodied "Angels" across each finish line. It is our way to promote inclusion in the community for people with disabilities and allow everyone to cross that finish line.

The flat 5K course runs through Mill River Park and Downtown Stamford, culminating in a post-race celebration outside of Mill River Park’s Whittingham Discovery Center.
