2026 XTERRA Gozo Trail Run

The XTERRA GOZO Trail Run is part of the XTERRA Trail Run World Series! The original distance is a 50k+ trail run around the perimeter of the Mediterranean island of Gozo. The full distance is 50km with 1500m of total elevation. The race cut-off time of 10 hours, is relaxed to encourage beginners to take part, and those wishing to enjoy the trail, rather than race it. The 21km trail is run over the hilly & scenic last half of the course, while the 11K Trail starts at the tail end of the route and diverges to end at the Race HQ in Ghajnsielem. The shorter distances are great for beginners to experience the gorgeous trail or seasoned trail runners wanting to test their limits and push themselves across the course!  The 50k Distance is recognised for 2 ITRA points and is a UTMB qualifier for international trail races. The 50K and 20K event is also a QUALIFIER for the XTERRA Trail Running World Championships.
